Photo of The Week #21

This photo was taken in one of our favourite places in Mexico, Hierve El Agua. The sulfur in the water creates an odd colour, which allows for a great yellowish/green contrast. Interestingly you are allowed to swim in this infinity pool. With the amazing view and refreshing cool water, it all combines to create a very relaxed environment to visit.

This advice is especially important if you are going on a backpacking trip or moving around a lot. There are 2 main iconic spots in Yangzhou, China – the first being the Five Pavilion Bridge at Slender West Lake, while the second is this white pagoda. Built in 1585 Wénchāng Gé sits in one of the busiest spots in town, with there always being a steady stream of cars, buses, cyclist, and shoppers bustling through.
